We're especially excited to offer local customer pickup, giving nearby customers an easy way to receive their orders faster while avoiding shipping costs altogether.
As part of these exciting improvements, we'll also be introducing a new, more transparent approach to shipping. Beginning August XX, 2026, we'll transition from our free shipping program for orders over $150 to calculated shipping for all orders. We wanted to let you know in advance so you'll have time to place any qualifying orders before the new shipping model takes effect.
As we expand into heavier products like wax and glass containers, shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the size and destination of each order. Rather than increasing the price of every product to absorb those costs, we've chosen to keep our product prices as fair and competitive as possible while allowing shipping charges to reflect each individual order. We believe this is a more transparent approach that gives you the best value by keeping product pricing lower and ensuring you pay only the actual shipping costs for your order.
We know many of you have appreciated our free shipping program over the years, and we wanted to be transparent about this change well in advance. This decision wasn't made lightly.
