Constructed of a cotton flat braid, with paper fibers throughout, Stabilo wick by Heinz Jansen are often used in tealights, votives, pillars, and containers because it provides increased rigidity and enhances burning properties for natural waxes. Stabilo features a flat braided wick with a special paper filament to promote maximum and consistent capillary action while ensuring a wick trimming flame posture. The difference between Stabilo and Stabilo KST Wick is a subtle but important one. The Stabilo wick curls more while the Stabilo KST curls less.
