I love this fragrance company, let me tell you a quick story about how awesome fragrance buddy is. So I bought a wonderful fragrance oil Pecan Pumpkin Waffles upon delivering the bottle spilled I lost almost all of my fragrance in the bottom of the bag. I email the customer service department attached a couple of picture and bam boom they next an email apologizing for the spilled bottle and ship another. I couldn't believeno fuss no emailing back and forth done, the total easy of having my fragrance oil replaced. Thank you so much 💓 I love this fragrance company, let me tell you a quick story about how awesome fragrance buddy is.
